- Read 600 blogs, listen to 21 podcasts, and end every day at inbox 0.
- Refrain from talking to someone when all I want to do is ask them about their day.
- Go to the gym at least four times and week and meditate at least three times a week.
- Tell people I’m okay when really I’m not.
- Be so far away from you.
