I need to lose weight.

I was considering starting a fatblog (where I would track my weight loss efforts this year) but instead started a lovelog. Go figure.

That being said, here are a few things I’ve done in the past few weeks to try and make myself a little healthier:

  • Stop drinking soda. Of all types.
  • Stop eating red meat. Totally.
  • Stop buying fast food. Entirely.
  • Switch to whole grain.
  • Stay away from processed food.
  • Add more veggies to my diet.
