Tom Brokaw explains Canada to Americans

I know the USA-Canada border quite well. I’ve probably crossed it more often than most people leave their own cities. While I consider myself a Canadian (and always will), significant chunks of my life (early childhood, college, now) have been spent across the border in the United States.

This video perfectly encapsulates the close relationship that the two countries have. While it may gloss over the ins and outs of the bond between both nations, it’s a great example of why, when I’m living here in the USA, I’m always proud and happy to call myself a Canadian.
