Mitch Joel just wrote an excellent post entitled “Facebook Is The Past, MySpace Is The Present And LinkedIn Is The Future.”
Despite what you think of the title, Mitch is not bemoaning the slow death of Zuckerberg’s giant, or praising LinkedIn for their recent financial valuation. Instead, he’s making an excellent point on how we use different social networks for different reasons.
This is why I don’t care if you’re using Facebook, MySpace, whatever. What I care is that you’re creating content or building relationships of value.
