Breakfast is my favorite meal. I’m not quite sure why, but I get immense joy waking up early in the morning to whip up something good to eat, and if I’m going to be enjoying a meal with someone out at a restaurant, breakfast always seems to be my first choice.

This morning, for breakfast? A mushroom and goat cheese omelette with toast and tea. Yum.
