This is one of my favorite shots from my evening at Minibar, wishing Vasta well as he prepared to travel home to Toronto. This is Chef Brad Race, preparing one of the many dishes we enjoyed.

The dinner at Minibar was an excellent way to celebrate my final week in DC. Thanks to Prianka, Shannon, Abe, and Hadas for coming, and a HUGE thanks to Karen for getting the reservations.
